Notes on Transaction Statement (Secure Payment)

Our payment processor is an independant company Conteng.me by NASSAB RESOURCES; you may see both Conteng.me  and NASSAB RESOURCES referenced on your Merchant Name and  Seller Order Number in credit card, debit card and FPX  statement.

Term and Condition

1. All tickets are non refundable.
2. All tickets will need to be checked and verified with ID card (IC or Passport) as submitted in registration when purchasing ticket.
3. All tickets are non transferable.
4. Any changes to be amended on the tickets a Fee of RM10 will be imposed for each ticket.
5. To resend ticket, due to WRONG number keyed in RM10 will be imposed for each tickets. (purchaser need to verify before we resend)
6. Any request to resend ticket RM10 will be imposed for each ticket.
7. Children aged 12 and above must have a ticket for admission.
8. By entering the event grounds you are agreeing to be photographed or filmed
9. The management reserve the right to alter these rules and regulations as they see fit.
10. Our security team is presented to make this event experience safe and fun for everyone; kindly cooperate.
11. Purchasers MUST show their original Identity Card & QR code upon entry. In the event the confirmation or documents provided are insufficient to verify the ID of the individual and/or purchaser, Organizer reserves the absolute right to refuse ticket holder entering the Event grounds.
12. In the event of postponement, the ticket purchased for the original event date may be applicable and valid for the new event date unless otherwise notified.
13. Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.
